Log in to the Budget Fitz Seller Panel to accept your order. Once accepted, download and print the Label and Manifest for shipment.
Pack your product securely and have it ready for pickup.
Pack the product securely in plain, unbranded packaging, as Budget Fitz does not provide packaging materials. Ensure the product is properly packed and affix the label to the packaging.
Hand over the packed product to the Budget Fitz Delivery Partner for shipment.
Our logistics partner will collect the order from your pickup address and deliver it directly to the customer.

Shipping Timeline
Orders must be shipped within 2-3 days from the date of receiving the order, as per the agreed timeline. You can track the status of your order and view the remaining days for dispatch on the Budget Fitz Seller Panel
Budget Fitz Return Policy
Customers can return the product within 2-3 days from the date of delivery. Shipments that are not delivered to the customer will be converted to an RTO (Return to Origin).
Budget Fitz provides sellers with all the essential information to manage customer returns or RTOs (Return to Origin), including details on compensation and charges for each return/RTO. Our best-in-class tools help sellers track and manage returns efficiently, access order or product-level data, and view detailed shipping tracking, payment, and order history.
Return Shipping Fee
- If a customer returns a product, the seller will be charged a return shipping fee based on the weight of the shipment.
- If an order is not delivered to the customer and is converted to an RTO (Return to Origin), the seller will not be charged any additional shipping fees.
- All return and RTO-related charges can be tracked and managed using the various tools provided to Budget Fitz sellers.
- Please note that in some exceptional cases, the return shipping fees may be waived off.
