GSTN requires that Enrolment ID/UIN and Composition GSTIN sellers operate only within their registered state. The state you register in will be your official registered state.
What are the turnover limits for Enrolment ID/UIN and Composition GSTIN sellers?
- For Sellers with Enrolment ID/UIN: If your total annual net sales (both on Budget Fitz and elsewhere) exceed INR 40 lakhs, you will need to obtain a GSTIN to continue selling on Budget Fitz. For sellers in northeastern states, this limit is INR 20 lakhs.
- For Composition GSTIN Sellers: If your total annual net sales (on Budget Fitz and beyond) surpass INR 1.5 crores, you will be required to obtain a regular GSTIN to continue selling on Budget Fitz. The limit for northeastern states is INR 75 lakhs.
