Cancellation and Refund Policy
BudgetFitz believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
1. Cancellation Policy:
– Cancellations are only accepted if requested within 1 hour of placing the order.
– Cancellations cannot be accepted if the order has been communicated to the seller/merchant and the shipping process has begun, or if more than 1 hour has passed since the order was placed.
2. Exclusions from Cancellation:
– Perishable items like flowers and food cannot be cancelled.
– Products with specific information such as descriptions or additional details may not be eligible for cancellation unless a quality issue is confirmed by Budget Fitz after investigation.
3. Damaged or Defective Items:
– Any damaged or defective items must be reported to customer service within 2 days of receiving the product.
– The complaint will be reviewed by the merchant, and action will be taken based on the findings.
4. Product Not as Expected:
– If a product is not as shown on the site or not as expected, the customer must report this to customer service within 2 days.
– Customers are encouraged to check product descriptions and additional information before making a purchase.
5. Refund Policy:
– If an order is cancelled within 1 hour of placing it, the advance or full amount will be refunded.
– If the order exceeds 1 hour, has started the shipping process, or is refused at delivery, the advance will not be refunded. For prepaid orders, the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting delivery charges within 15 working days.
6. Product Return and Exchange:
– If a complaint is accepted, and the customer opts to return the product, Budget Fitz will arrange for a courier to pick up the product.
– If the customer requests an exchange, the product will be replaced if available. The replaced product will be delivered according to standard courier times.
– If the customer opts for a full return, the refunded amount will be processed within 15 working days.
Returns, Pick-Up and Processing –
To be eligible for a refund, all items (including promotional gift items included with the Order) must be returned to us within 15 working days of receipt of the Order, and must meet the following criteria:
- → Items must be in their original, unused condition and suitable for resale.
- → All brand labels, product tags, instructions, and packaging (including boxes or dust covers) must remain intact and attached to the items. Any authenticity cards provided should also be returned.
- → Please be aware that beauty products, grooming items, undergarments, and jewelry cannot be returned.
During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:
- → The MEI, name, image, brand, serial number, article number, and barcode must match, and the MRP tag should remain attached and clearly visible.
- → All original accessories included in the box (such as remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), as well as any freebies or combo items, must be included.
- → The product must be unused, unwashed, and free from stains or damage, with all quality check seals, return tags, and warranty seals (where applicable) intact. For returns of Mobile Phones, Laptops, or Tablets, the device should be fully formatted, and any screen lock (PIN, pattern, or fingerprint) must be disabled. For Apple devices, the iCloud lock must also be removed.
- → The product, including components such as the SIM tray, charging port, headphone jack, back panel, and others, should be free from scratches, dents, tears, or any other damage.
- → The product’s original packaging or box must be in perfect condition, without any damage.
7. Payment and Refund Processing:
– Orders are accepted only if payment is made in advance.
– Partial payment policies are strictly adhered to. Customers will see the required advance payment on the checkout page. The remaining amount is payable via Cash on Delivery.
8. Return Eligibility:
– A product is only eligible for return if a 360-degree unboxing video is provided within the specified timeframe. Without this, the return/refund request will be rejected.
9. Warranty Issues:
– For products with a manufacturer warranty, complaints should be directed to the manufacturer.
– Refunds approved by Budget Fitz will be processed within 15 days.
